97 Forfeiture of seized thing A seized thing is forfeited to the Territory: (a) if it is not returned under section 91 and no application for an order disallowing its seizure is made under section 92 – on the expiry of the period within which an application may be made under section 92; or (b) if an application for an order disallowing its seizure under section 92 is withdrawn or dismissed – on the date of the withdrawal or dismissal.
