9 Declaration of public health risk activities
(1) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, declare an activity to be a
public health risk activity.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the declared activity may be an
activity that might:
(a) result in the transmission of disease; or
(b) otherwise be a public health risk.
