87 Obstructing and threatening authorised officer
(1) A person must not obstruct or threaten an authorised officer acting
in an official capacity.
(a) knows the authorised officer is acting in an official capacity;
and

(b) intentionally obstructs or threatens the authorised officer.
(3) In this section:
obstruct includes hinder and resist.
