73 Fees and charges (1) An enforcement agency may demand and recover a fee or charge for any service, product, commodity or item or class of services, products, commodities or items the agency performs or supplies in exercising a power or performing a function delegated to the agency by the CHO. (2) A regulation may prescribe: (a) the amount of the fee or charge; or (b) the method to calculate the amount of the fee or charge.
