57K Contravention of direction
(a) the CHO takes an action under section 57B that involves
giving a direction, whether oral or written and whether
specified in section 57B(2) or otherwise; and
(b) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and
(c) the conduct results in a contravention of the direction and the
person is reckless in relation to that result.
(2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a).
