51 Notification or extension of declaration The Minister must, as soon as practicable after making an emergency declaration or extending the period during which an emergency declaration has effect, publish the declaration or extension in: (a) the Gazette; and (b) a daily newspaper circulating throughout the Territory; and (c) if the Minister is satisfied the notices published under paragraphs (a) and (b) would not be sufficient notice of the declaration or extension in a particular area of the Territory – another publication circulating in the area the Minister considers would give sufficient notice in the area.
