45 Contempt of inquiry
(1) A person must not interrupt or obstruct the conduct of the inquiry.
(a) intentionally engages in conduct; and
(b) is reckless as to whether the conduct would result in the
interruption or obstruction.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for
1 year.
(2) A person must not threaten or insult the inquirer in the conduct of
the inquiry.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3) An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
