42 Report of inquiry
(1) On completing the inquiry, the inquirer must make a report to the
Minister detailing:
(a) the way in which the inquiry was conducted; and
(b) the findings of the inquiry.
(2) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative
Public and Environmental Health Act 2011 24
