37 Extension of period for compliance with public health notice or order (1) Before the period for compliance with a public health notice or public health order expires, the CHO may extend the period: (a) on application of the person issued with the notice or order; or (2) If a person applies for an extension of the period for compliance, the CHO must consider the application and decide whether to extend the period.
