17Renewal of registration

17 Renewal of registration (1) An application for the renewal of the registration of a business must: (a) be made in the approved form to the CHO by the proprietor of the business; and (b) be made before the end of the term of the registration; and (c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. (2) The CHO may require an inspection by an authorised officer of the business and the way the declared activity is conducted before deciding the application. (3) The CHO must consider the application and decide whether to renew the registration.
