139 Regulations and other instruments (1) Regulations, and statutory instruments, in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement day are taken to be regulations and statutory instruments under this Act. (2) A regulation or statutory instrument continued in force under subsection (1) ends on the earlier of the following: (a) when it would have ended had this Act not been enacted; (b) 1 July 2014; (c) the repeal or revocation of the regulation or statutory instrument. (3) Despite section 7, Part IIAA of the Criminal Code does not apply to an offence against a regulation continued in force under subsection (1).
