133E Effect on contraventions of validated directions This Part has no effect on the following: (a) any offence against section 56(1) for an alleged contravention of a validated direction committed before the commencement; (b) any infringement notice issued for an alleged contravention of the validated direction committed before the commencement; (c) any amount paid in response to an infringement notice issued for an alleged contravention of the validated direction committed before the commencement; (d) any prosecution, conviction or sentence for an alleged contravention of the validated direction committed before the commencement.
