133B Purpose and effect of Part (1) The purpose of this Part is to confirm the validity of the provisions of the directions specified in section 133C and ensure their effectiveness. (2) This Part has effect despite any other law of the Territory to the contrary. (3) To avoid doubt, if a validated direction is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth: (a) the law of the Commonwealth prevails to the extent of the inconsistency; and (b) the validated direction is severable from the directions specified in section 133C; and
