122 Offender liable for certain costs (1) A person who is found guilty of an offence against this Act is liable to pay: (a) to the Territory – the costs incurred by the Territory relating to seizing, transporting, storing, examining, analysing or disposing of anything that relates to the commission of the offence; and (b) to an enforcement agency – any costs incurred by the agency in relation to the commission of the offence. (2) An amount payable under subsection (1) is a debt due to the Territory or enforcement agency.
