106 Appeal against decision on review (1) The affected person for a decision reviewed under section 105 may appeal to the Local Court against the CHO's decision on the review. (2) The appeal must be lodged: (a) if the decision concerns a matter under Part 2 or 3 – within 72 hours after: (i) the person receives notice of the decision under section 105(6); or aware of the decision; or (b) for another decision – within 7 days after: (i) the person receives notice of the decision under section 105(6); or aware of the decision.
