41 Payment to legal personal representative
The Secretary must, on behalf of the Commonwealth, pay an amount under the Public and Educational Lending Rights Scheme to the legal personal representative of a person if:
(a) the amount is payable to that person under that scheme; and
(b) the amount has not been paid to that person at the date of that person’s death.
