34 Administrative Review Tribunal review of decisions
(1) An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions:
(a) a reviewable decision that is made by the Secretary personally;
(b) a decision under subsection 33(4) that is made, or a decision under subsection 33(8) that is taken to have been made, by the Secretary.
(2) Subsection 12(2) of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 does not apply to a decision covered by paragraph (1)(a) of this section.
