11 Committee’s functions
The Committee has the following functions:
(a) any functions conferred on it by the Public and Educational Lending Rights Scheme;
(b) to provide advice to the Secretary, upon request by the Secretary, in respect of matters relating to the operation of this Act or that scheme;
(c) to provide advice to the Minister, on its own initiative or upon request by the Minister, in respect of matters relating to the operation of this Act or that scheme;
(d) to make recommendations to the Minister about changes to that scheme.
