71 Application of Freedom of Information Act 1982 The **Freedom of Information Act 1982** applies to, and in respect of, the Commission as if it were a department within the meaning of that Act and as if the Commissioner were the principal officer of the Commission for the purposes of that Act. S. 72 substituted by No. 6/2014 s. 10. 72 Application of Part 7A of Financial Management Act 1994 Part 7A of the **Financial Management Act 1994** applies to, and in respect of, the Commission as if it were a department within the meaning of that Act and as if the Commissioner were the accountable officer of the Commission for the purposes of that Part.
