68 Annual plan S. 68(1) amended by No. 11/2026 s. 90(1). (1) The Commission must prepare an annual plan for each financial year. (2) The annual plan must— (a) set out how the plan relates to, and supports, the strategic plan of the Commission; and S. 68(2)(b) amended by No. 11/2026 s. 90(2). (b) specify priority areas for the financial year; and (c) identify key outputs and specific activities for each of those areas. S. 68(3) repealed by No. 11/2026 s. 90(3). S. 68(4) amended by No. 11/2026 s. 90(4). (4) By 31 July of each financial year, the Commission must submit a draft of the annual plan for that financial year to the Premier for approval. (5) The Premier must consider the draft of the annual plan and may approve it— (a) with or without changes; and (b) subject to any conditions. (6) The Premier may, at any time during a financial year, direct the Commission to amend the approved annual plan for that financial year. (7) The Commission must act consistently with the annual plan in the performance of its functions. S. 69 substituted by No. 6/2014 s. 10.
