57 Manner of conducting inquiries
The Commission may conduct an inquiry in any manner that the Commission considers appropriate, subject to—
(a) the requirements of procedural fairness; and
(b) the Premier's direction for the inquiry; and
(c) this Act, the regulations and any other Act.
