41 Powers of Commission (1) Subject to this Act, the Commission has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions under this Act or any other Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Commission may require a public sector body to provide any document or information required by the Commission in connection with the performance of its functions. (3) The Commission may specify the form in which information required under subsection (2) is to be provided. (4) Information required to be provided to the Commission under subsection (2) may include personal information about an employee of the public sector body. S. 42 substituted by No. 6/2014 s. 10.
