35 No compensation on termination of employment, etc. (1) An employee is not entitled to any compensation as a result of— (a) the termination of his or her employment; or (b) his or her remuneration being reduced. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to any relevant— (a) award or agreement under, or continued in force by, a law of the Commonwealth; (b) contract of employment; S. 35(2)(ba) inserted by No. 80/2006 s. 4(3), repealed by No. 24/2009 s. 37(5). (c) directions that may be issued by the Premier.
