24 Who are employers for the purposes of this Division? The employer of an executive for the purposes of this Division is— (a) in the case of a public service body Head—the Premier; S. 24(ab) inserted by No. 3/2012 s. 28. (ab) in the case of the Solicitor for Public Prosecutions—the Director of Public Prosecutions; S. 24(ac) inserted by No. 1/2014 s. 60. (ac) in the case of the Chief Executive Officer of Court Services Victoria or a Court Chief Executive Officer—the Courts Council within the meaning of the **Court Services Victoria Act 2014**; (b) in the case of any other executive employed under this Part—the appropriate public service body Head; (c) in the case of an executive referred to in section 23(1)(b) or (c)—the person or body specified in an Order made under section 105(2)(b) as having the functions of a public service body Head in relation to the relevant declared authority; (d) in the case of any other executive—the person or body declared by the Governor in Council in an Order made under section 23(1)(d) to be the employer of the executive.
