119 Transitional provision—Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal and Improving Parliamentary Standards Act 2019 Despite the commencement of Part 7 of the **Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal and Improving Parliamentary Standards Act 2019**, this Act as in force immediately before that commencement continues to apply in respect of the remuneration of an executive, the Commissioner or the Acting Commissioner, until the relevant Determination takes effect under the **Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal and Improving Parliamentary Standards Act 2019**.
