Any application begun but not completed underSubdivision 5A of Division 2 of Part 4 immediately before the repeal of the subdivision by section 37 of the **Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009** may be continued and completed in accordance with that Subdivision, asif that Subdivision were still in operation.
