117 Transitional provision—repeal of Subdivision 5A of Division 2 of Part 4

Any application begun but not completed underSubdivision 5A of Division 2 of Part 4 immediately before the repeal of the subdivision by section 37 of the Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009 may be continued and completed in accordance with that Subdivision, asif that Subdivision were still in operation.
