11 Sittings to be public except in certain cases
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Committee must take all evidence in public. (2) If, in the Committee’s opinion, evidence relates to a secret or confidential matter: (a) if the witness giving the evidence requests the Committee to do so—the Committee must take the evidence in private; or (b) in any other case—the Committee may take the evidence in private.
