#### 7 Provisional application of this Act to certain substances etc.
Where information is transmitted to Australia in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 2 of the Convention that indicates that a substance or natural material is suitable for inclusion in Schedule I or Schedule II to the Convention in pursuance of paragraph 4 of that Article, the regulations may declare that the substance or material shall be deemed to be added to the list of substances or materials contained in Schedule I or Schedule II, as the case requires, to the Convention, in the form in which that Schedule appears in the Schedule to this Act.
