20 Service of documents on master or owner of ship
(1) A document to be served on the master or owner of a ship under this Act, or in respect of an offence against this Act, may be served on the agent of the ship instead. (2) A document served on the agent of a ship under subsection (1) is taken to have been served on the master and owner of the ship.
