9 Fee for issue of an insurance certificate
(1) Subject to subregulation (2), a fee of $70 is prescribed for the issue of an insurance certificate in respect of a ship under section 16 of the Act. (2) A fee of $40 is prescribed for the renewal of a certificate mentioned in subregulation (1) if there are no changes to any material particulars (other than period of operation).
