19 Review of decisions

(1) Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of: (a) a decision to refuse to issue an insurance certificate under section 16; or (b) a decision to cancel an insurance certificate under subsection 17(3). (2) Where the Minister makes a decision referred to in subsection (1) and gives to a person whose interests are affected by the decision notice in writing of the decision, that notice shall include a statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, an application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision by or on behalf of any person whose interests are affected by the decision. (3) Any failure to comply with the requirements of subsection (2) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
