7 Measurement locations—residential premises
If a measurement of shot noise must be made on a parcel of land on which residential premises are situated, the measurement must be taken—
(a) on or within the boundary of the land that is closest to the shooting range, or
(b) if the boundary of the land that is closest to the shooting range is more than 30m away from residential premises on the land—within 30m of the nearest residential premises in the direction of the shooting range.
