34 Sounding of sirens from vessels
A person must not cause or permit a vessel’s siren, whistle, hooter, horn or bell to be sounded on navigable waters except for the purposes of navigation.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—50 penalty units, or
(b) for a corporation—100 penalty units.
