61 Offence for contravention of trading rules
A person who transfers, or purports to transfer, a credit in contravention of the provisions of this Division is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in the case of a corporation—400 penalty units, and
(b) in the case of an individual—200 penalty units.
