#### 69 Preservation of records—the Act, Sch 2, cl 9 69 Preservation of records—the Act, Sch 2, cl 9 > > (1) A licence holder must keep all records used by the licence holder to calculate the amount of a licence fee under Chapter 3, Part 1 for a period of not less than 4 years from the date on which the fee was paid or payable, whichever is the later. > > > > Maximum penalty— > > > > > (a) for a corporation—200 penalty units, or > > > > > (b) for an individual—200 penalty units. > > > (2) A licence holder is liable to a penalty under subsection (1) in addition to the licence fee.
