#### 154A Application fee for assessment of technology—the Act, s 296N 154A Application fee for assessment of technology—the Act, s 296N > The following amounts are prescribed as the fee payable under the Act, section 296N in relation to an application made during the following periods— > > > (a) in the financial year 2023–24—$10,755, > > > (b) in the financial year 2024–25—$11,150, > > > (c) in the financial year 2025–26—$11,570, > > > (d) in the financial year 2026–27—$11,990, > > > (e) for each subsequent financial year—the amount calculated using the formula and method specified in section 18(1)(f), (2) and (3). > > **s 154A:** Ins 2024 No 10, Sch 2.5\[2\].
