#### 129 Penalty notices issued on owners of vehicles or vessels—the Act, Sch 2, cl 4 129 Penalty notices issued on owners of vehicles or vessels—the Act, Sch 2, cl 4 > > (1) This section applies to offences against the Act or the regulations under the Act that apply specifically to the owner of a vehicle or vessel. > > > (2) A penalty notice may, if it relates to an offence to which this section applies— > > > > > (a) be issued by leaving it on, or attaching it to, the vehicle or vessel, and > > > > > (b) be addressed to the owner of a vehicle or vessel without naming the owner or stating the owner’s address.
