If a petrol storage tank is fitted with a vapour processing unit, the unit must be certified by the manufacturer as—
(a) having a hydrocarbon capture efficiency of at least 97%, and
(b) otherwise conforming with a standard that is—
(i) applicable to the unit, and
(ii) published by a relevant standards authority.
