122 Petrol supplier must keep records
A petrol supplier who supplies petrol in the low volatility zone during summer must keep records in relation to the petrol in accordance with this Subdivision for a period of at least 2 years.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for a corporation—100 penalty units, or
(b) for an individual—50 penalty units.
