30 Implementing PEPs
(1) A policy must be taken into consideration by a person in carrying out an activity, if the person is required to do so by that or another policy.
(2) Such a requirement can be made as regards—
(a) a specified person, or a specified class of persons, or persons generally, and
(b) a specified activity, or a specified class of activities, or activities generally.
(3) This section does not limit the other provisions of this Part.
