158 Service or repair of motor vehicles
A person who—
(a) services or repairs a motor vehicle, or
(b) causes or permits a motor vehicle to be serviced or repaired,
in a manner prohibited by the regulations is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty—
(a) in the case of a corporation—$2,000,000, or
(b) in the case of an individual—$500,000.
