18 Chairperson of the Board
(1) The Governor may appoint a Chairperson of the Board.
(2) The Chairperson must be appointed on a part-time basis.
(3) The Chairperson has the functions conferred or imposed on the Chairperson by or under this or any other Act.
(4) Schedule 1, Part 2 contains provisions relating to the Chairperson.
