#### 48 Administrative Review Tribunal
(1) Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of:
(a) a decision by the Minister to refuse to grant a permit or certificate;
(b) a decision by the Minister to impose a condition under paragraph 10(5)(a), 10A(7)(b) or 12(3)(a); or
(c) a decision by the Minister under subsection 11(2), 12(5) or 13(1).
(2) Where a person is notified of a decision referred to in subsection (1), the Minister shall cause to be served on the person a notice stating that, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision.
(3) A failure to comply with subsection (2) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
