#### 22 Register of expert examiners (1) The Committee shall, in accordance with the regulations, maintain a register of the names of persons determined by the Committee to be expert examiners for the purposes of this Act. (2) In subsection (1), person includes: (a) a body or association of persons, whether incorporated or not; and (b) a person resident or domiciled outside Australia.
