#### 13 Variation etc. of conditions and period of permit or certificate (1) At any time while a permit or certificate is in force, the Minister may, by notice in writing served on the holder of the permit or certificate: (a) impose a condition to which the permit or certificate is to be subject; (b) vary or revoke a condition of the permit or certificate; (c) vary the period of effect of the permit or certificate; or (d) revoke the permit or certificate. (2) A notice under subsection (1) takes effect when it is served on the holder of the permit or certificate or on such later date (if any) as is specified in the notice. (3) The Minister shall not exercise a power under subsection (1) in relation to a permit or certificate except upon an application by the holder of the permit or certificate made in writing in the approved form.
