Part 3A—Construction of ships 24A—Preliminary (1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears— Annex I means Annex I to the Convention; Annex II means Annex II to the Convention. (2) This Part applies to— (a) a trading ship proceeding on an intra-state voyage; and (b) an Australian fishing vessel proceeding on a voyage other than an overseas voyage; and (c) a pleasure vessel.
