18Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal

#### 18 Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for decisions of the Minister: (a) to refuse to approve a borrowing institution under section 15; or (b) to impose or vary under section 16 a condition on the approval of a borrowing institution; or (c) to revoke under section 17 an approval of a borrowing institution.
