#### 20 Exemption for chiropractic students 20 Exemption for chiropractic students > > (1) This section applies to a person who is a student in the chiropractic health profession. > > > (2) The person is exempt from the requirement to hold a radiation user licence under the Act, section 7 for the use of regulated material in the course of studying if, at all times when using the material, the person is subject to the following supervision— > > > > > (a) during the person’s clinical experience—immediate supervision, > > > > > (b) otherwise—general supervision. > > > (3) In this section— > > > > student has the same meaning as in the [Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2009-86a).
