> This regulation commences as follows—

> > (a) for section 11—on 1 September 2026,
>
> > (b) for sections 19, 23(2) and 25—on 1 December 2025,
>
> > (c) otherwise—on the day on which this regulation is published on the NSW legislation website.

> This regulation repeals and replaces the [Protection from Harmful Radiation Regulation 2013](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2013-0052), which would otherwise be repealed on 1 September 2025 by the [Subordinate Legislation Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-146), section 10(2).
