2 Commencement

This regulation commences as follows—

(a) for section 11—on 1 September 2026,

(b) for sections 19, 23(2) and 25—on 1 December 2025,

(c) otherwise—on the day on which this regulation is published on the NSW legislation website.

Note—

This regulation repeals and replaces the Protection from Harmful Radiation Regulation 2013, which would otherwise be repealed on 1 September 2025 by the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, section 10(2).
