#### 16 Exemption for industrial radiographer assistants 16 Exemption for industrial radiographer assistants > > (1) This section applies to a person who is employed to assist an industrial radiographer. > > > (2) The person is exempt from the requirement to hold a radiation user licence under the Act, section 7 for the use of regulated material in the course of employment if the person, when using the material, is subject to immediate supervision.
